What does the warranty cover?
- Mechanical damage (e.g. punctures, tears, abrasions).
- Incorrect or inappropriate use (e.g. overload, overheating, poor storage).
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Damage caused by animals, chemicals or weather conditions.
- Commercial use (e.g. rental companies, rafting companies)
What the warranty does not cover
- Damage caused by negligence, lack of maintenance, accidents, abnormal or improper use, improper assembly or attempted repair, damage during transportation or storage.
- Unauthorized edits (we discourage DIY edits that violate our official YouTube guidelines).
- Scratches, tears, punctures
- Normal wear and tear
- Towing a boat over uneven surfaces
- Exceeding maximum weight or user capacity
- Extreme UV damage due to insufficient protection (material breakdown or fading)
- Damage due to over-inflation or exposure to heat (e.g., expanding in the sun).
- Vandalism or intentional damage
- Damage due to force majeure or adverse weather conditions
- Improper cleaning or insufficient maintenance
- Damage caused by animals or aquatic/marine plants
- Damage from chemicals or poor quality water
GUMOTEX is not responsible for providing a warranty in countries other than where the product was originally delivered.

- Register your boat within 30 days of purchase
- Fill out the form below and upload proof of purchase (invoice or receipt)
- After submission, you will receive a confirmation email and your 5-year warranty will be activated.
